5 Baseball Boll Weevils Headed to Next Level

Despite the challenges of a disrupted season, the Boll Weevil baseball program will see 5 of its players move on to the next level. Each player will be granted an extra year of eligibility due to the early cancelation of the 2020 season. Midland City native Alex Friesen is headed to Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville Georgia. Dothan native Austin Thrasher is headed to the University of North Alabama in Florence. Plymouth Ohio native Jarrett Miller is headed to Morehead State University in Morehead Kentucky. Smiths Station native Ryan Middleton is headed to Union University in Jackson Tennessee. Kobe Vanbogart a native of Seale is headed to Piedmont Internation University in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Congratulations to these young men and good luck moving forward.
