Softball Headed to the Post Season
The Lady Boll Weevil softball team is headed to ACCC state softball tournament. The Lady Weevils finished ACCC southern division conference play in 4th place with a 15-13 conference mark and an overall record of 26-26. The tournament takes the top 6 teams from each divison to format a 12 team tournament. The top 2 teams from each division receive a bye into the double elimination bracket. Teams 3-6 will play in single elimination games to reach the double elimination bracket. The tournament begins Friday May 6th and will take place in Alabaster at Veterans Park.
